We installed this Ring Wi-fi Video Doorbell and love having the ability to see who is at our gate and being able to save the video on the cloud just makes it even better. Feeling much safer being able to see who is at the gate before I answer the door.

I tried several things (replacing doorbell transformer from (10VA to 40VA unit that had a higher voltage rating. The unit doesn't discharge a s easy but it still does. keeps disconnecting but when i find it discharged even though i have good voltage at the unit. Frustrating. The second identical unit i have works perfect. I may swap the 2 for a test but i haven't gone that far yet. The app recommends i power down the wireless router. What? Why won't it reconnect on it own? other option is to remove device and reinstall it. Seems dumb.....

Love the product itself but, there are some nuances that can be better in future. For Ex. positioning of camera in door bell based on placement location or custom motion sensor zone independent of circular radius.

Overall it was a great purchase, I would like it was quicker to respond to motion. Image quality is good and good battery life. What I don't like is that motion recording stops before people are gone

Bought one for our family!!! We loved it. We loved it so much we bought 4 more for our family gift exchange gifts! I love that the Ring connects with my phone so i can see what’s going on at my house anytime i want to look

Excellent product!!! I didn't have a magic eye at my crystal front door and this product resolve the problem. Also, I like to be connected with my neighborhood to be alert of any possible threat.

I have been traveling a lot lately ,, It was nice to know when someone rang the doorbell . You can tell in peoples eyes after a awhile weather they are up to no good .. If so tell them the cops are on the way .and watch how fast they move

The quality is great, it does work with my existing doorbell, so I had to buy the compatible doorbell chimes that plugs into the wall. After the 30 days trial you have to pay for services

This is a great device. My only issue is the lag time it has once you get the notification. I did purchase the chime pro but I still get the lag time not sure what else I can do so there is no lag.

My wife wanted this installed for front door use, I did did not work as I wanted it too, changed out my WiFi router Ring devise worked as I wanted . Also got the Chimes and another Ring for back door.

The camera is not all that great better getting the next gen version but if the person is close enough you can see or just need to see your packages

Maybe just a little over priced. Cinch to set up . Too many notifications from wind blowing plants nearby......even after the motoon sinsativity

The doorbell was easy to install and I like that I am able to connect it to my Alexa and see who's at the door if I don't have my phone readily available. Battery also lasts a long time.

We purchased the “Ring” before the holidays knowing that a lot of packages would be coming And crime rate has been elevated. It has the motion detector that can be set to your liking. I love that you can talk to people at your door too!

Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. Wish it had free cloud storage so you can view history otherwise you’ll have to subscribe. But it’s enough for us to see when someone’s at the door.

Love this so much! We went out of town for 10 days and we were alerted and able to see everyday when our "house sitter" arrived, how long they stayed, and when they left. Great product and awesome phone support. Can't wait to try the other RING products.

I love it and I'm able to see who's at my door at all times. I also like the fact that no matter where I'm at in my house I can speak to the person before I go answer the door rather I'm home or not

Very pleased with the performance of the doorbell. We have 60mbps internet so the speed keeps up easily. Great views from the doorbell even during the night. Had to pay $30/yr for video playback after the 30 day trial though. Worth it.

I bought 1, and tried to set it up, took awhile but finally got it to work..but after 1 day it stopped working. I returned it and replaced it, this one works pretty good except when the WiFi goes out. But I still like it.

Doorbell works wonders. Get notifications as soon as there is motion and change of the alarm. Sometimes when you try to access the live feed or when the door ring The feed loads slow. But other than that it’s great
