When it ring and I try to answer it take to long to show me who’s at the door. By the time I see who it is it’s already to laTe.

Great doorbell,I love being able to answer the door without having to get up when it's just someone soliciting. And the ability to do live viewing at anytime is also great for security. I like the ability to be anywhere and be able to connect ,

Performs as advertised. No problems with connectivity as I have strong wifi in house. Only issue is sporadic motion alerts that appear to not have any motion. I assume its road glare from passing cars.

The motion sensor is inaccurate. It will pick up motion of mail, ipd and trash trucks at 100 feet which is annoying. Also the reaction time to view on phone is quite slow.

works great with my ring floodlight on the front couldn't see who was at the door with just the floodlight cam only drawback it wouldn't mount on my brick molding so I installed it on the wall instead, molding too narrow

Good camera for a doorbell if I would've knew that there's a 1080 probably will get the 1080 but I end up getting the 720 I'll be better view but for the little area I have in my front of my door it works just as good

Works good excep I've always got a week wifi signal. My router is powerful and I purchased the Ring bell/wifi extender but it doesn't make that much of a difference. I guess it's because of our cinderblock walls?

Gives me a birds eye view of what’s going on my steps and front of house. Recommend to those who get deliveries to the house while at work. Also like that I can see who’s at the door before I open it

Hard to install on brick, but I like that you’re able to choose whether to connect to your existing door bell or simply mount it as a stand-alone door bell. Overall, great purchase.

Love this doorbell with security video. No longer have to blindly answer a knock at the door. Allows me to communicate with solicitors without opening the door. Alerts me to any movement prior to getting to my front door.

I have an issue with my transformer so there wasn’t enough power to doorbell to operate. This device can be charged separately and I hear the ring on my phone so perfect solution for me until I fix problem.

I am totally enjoying my ring doorbell. I love having control of what’s going on when I’m not home. And the neighborhood watch alerts really are a good idea to know whats going on around you. You wont regret having one.

Great product but they can be expensive. Purchased this on a great sale and have had no issues. Know that for some things you want it to do, you may be required to pay for a monthly subscription.

The idea of capturing video when someone comes to my door sounds great but by the time the recording kicks in they are gone and you never see a face if you see anything. Oh and it picks up random cars driving down my culdesac even though they are was further than the 15 ft I set it at. Needs tons of improvements before buying. It was easy to install but pricey for a camera deterrent that doesn't catch any video.

My wife and I were very excited to get this product, but after just one day having it installed, we are prepared to return it and find one that actually works. The idea behind the Ring doorbell is great, but the execution is terrible. When the motion sensor is triggered, or someone rings the doorbell, it takes at least 10 minutes to get the notification on our phone. Extremely useless as a doorbell. In addition, many times it did not give a notification at all. On the one or two occasions that we did receive a notification in time to see what was happening, the camera did not work. It was a black screen with no audio. We will be returning this and trying to find a solution that actually works. Do not buy this product.

It is a great product. I had a few mishaps but it was the owner lol. I contacted the tech team and they assisted me the entire way. Awesome group. Great product. Will purchase upgrade.

It's been working pretty good. They only thing we did not know is that the video recording is only free for 30 days after that you have to pay a monthly fee so that the system can record videos on your account.

I used my rewards to buy this Ring. Video Doorbell. You can control from your phone who is near to your door 24/7. Easy to use. Battery last a lot, recharge every month.

It won’t work with my door bell conection for power. I have to charge it at least once a month. A lot of the times it won’t load,the recording freezes, the recording is delayed so nothing is picked up, or recordings will be a black screen. Recently it’s refused to charge when i bring it inside, and on the cold nights we’ve had it kills the battery altogether. It’s a nice idea and when it works it’s amazing. It just doesn’t work more than it does. I’ve had it since April 2017.

We bought this right before going on vacation for security purposes and it was great. The motion alerts are very sensitive so anything approaching our house we got a notice. Great product would likely purchase something for our backyard!
