I have held back waiting for this to go on sale but it never does. I have an alarm system but I also wanted some sort of security camera. I was worried about wifi since the gateway is upstairs. I thought I might need a wifi extender. Also my doorbell and door are at an angle so I was not sure if it would see the whole porch. I powered it, connected to wifi and tested before hardwire install. After install and setup it works great. Live view button did not show at first, I sent an email to Ring and they were able to add it. The fisheye lens captures the entire porch and the picture is fairly clear. I like getting alerts at work and being able to see who comes and goes. So far I dont need a wifi extender.

Simple to install. Struggled at first to set up ... Customer service was excellent to resolve my problems.

Every thing needed including videos on how to install is included. It was very easy to install and make all the motion sensitive adjustments.

The Venetian prize color is hard to find and it matches the rest of my front door hardware. Setup is easy. A great solution.

We absolutely love the Ring video doorbell. Installation was quick and easy, and the online experience is very easy to follow. We honestly feel ten times safer now that we have it. Your first month of monitoring is free and then it's just $3/month after that. You really can't beat it. We highly recommend it to everyone we know.

This has made us very aware of what goes on in the front of our house while we're not home. Easy set-up, helpful features.

Easy to install which was important for us. We had to adjust the sensitivity because it will send an alert for every bit of movement. I would also recommend getting the door chime that is sold separately. Battery usage improved when we adjusted sensitivity. Overall very happy with product.

Easy to install and sync to your iPhone. Great camera quality for viewing who is at your door. We bought one for each door.

I do like the fact that it can be run from battery or connected to your house electric or to a solar charger. The video quality is good but when running off the battery (not in live view mode) it takes a second for the video to start recording. Overall good enough to make me buy a second one (which I did).

Great camera! Night vision works well. Ability to talk to whoever or whatever is at the door is a plus.

this is one of the best products i ever purchased. simple installation, no wiring and now i can see who is at my door even if i am away.
