Easy to install into existing doorbell. Camera is good when people are coming to the door. Picks up a lot of passing cars even though we have the motion set way back from the street. Overall it does what I expected, picture could be a little better

Video quality is really nice, it is simple to setup and install. My only wish is that it was louder, when I speak through my phone people that recently rang this bell have difficulty hearing because it isn't loud enough. Other than that, it is a great product.

I’m quite happy with the Ring, the clarity of the video and sound is great. It’s proven useful already in the short time I’ve had it. I’m also surprised to see all the activity that occurs when I’m away from home. I didn’t hard wire it, making it easy to take with when I move.

I ordered the Ring doorbell/camera as part of my whole house strategy for security, and couldn't be more pleased with the product, and the price from Best Buy. The item was available for in store pick-up the same day, and by that afternoon, the Ring was charged, and installed, just that fast! The "motion zones" took a few tries to find the sweet spot: not to many notices, not to few, but once that got settled, it's a great tool for peace of mind.

The RING product was easy to install and set up. Great item and glad I purchased it. Gives me peace of mind.

It mostly delivers as promised. Setting the motion far enough out so you can actually capture a video before they are not there anymore is key. Twice the Wi-Fi connection terminated causing me to physically remove the doorbell and reset the connection from the back of the unit. Not convenient once doorbell is pressed it takes close to 10 seconds to load the program to communicate. Overall I enjoy the purchase.

Great camera for any level of security you have currently. Even though this is only a 720p, it has great video. I like that you can wire it to your existing doorbell wiring so you don’t have to get a rechargeable battery pack. Great entry level camera when it is on sale.

Installing the Ring Doorbell was pretty easy. Kept getting stuck on the setup and having to start all over.

Ring was very easy to install hooks up to existing doorbell. Everything was included in the box to install.

These are a great alternative to buying an expensive surveillance camera setup. Clear and they are amazing.
