Easy to use and installation was a breeze. Love that I know every time someone approaches my door. Plus I can talk to them even when I’m not home and they have no idea that I’m not! Great price also. Highly recommend, well worth the low cost.

The device seems to be working well so far, but I was not happy when the video feeds stopped after the 30 day free trial. In order to continue to see who is at the door you need to subscribe to the "cloud" service Ring offers. It's not expensive ($30 a year) but to me it's a scam. Buy the product and use it for 30 days then get cut off if you don't pay.

Item has worked great so far. Easy set up straight out of the box.

Needed a way to see outside since no peep hole exists in our door...very easy to install.

It does a good job of sensing motion reliably, but takes some time setting it up just right. My only complaint is there is usually a 5 second delay before it starts recording video which can be too late after the person is already gone. I hope they improve on this.

It works good so far. However, I had to buy the special wifi extender because the wifi signal was poor to my doorbell. Just a heads up, the “masonry” drill bit included in the box does NOT drill through brick. We had to make a special trip to the store to buy a special drill bit in order to finish the job. Be prepared. Overall its a great doorbell and good for security!

I bought this in store and did price match so I got an amazing deal and it is really great. I love being able to see who is at the door before I open it up and if I'm not home i can still see if anyone comes buy. It also records and saves activity so I can watch it later too.
