Absolutely love how easy it was to hook up and it's great for home security.

If I preferred to haphazardly install this on my porch it probably wouldn't have been so difficult, but I chose for it to be housed on the wall in the brick where it now sits. I really like the way it looks and the camera view, even with the view of my husband installing it (it was comical to hear our conversation too). I'm extremely impressed with the quality of this product.

I just Purchased this devise yesterday and as soon as I got home went ahead and installed it. I'm so happy with it. it works excellent and now I can see who's at the door from anywhere and talk to them as if I was home. I love it

This is the one home product that everyone needs. Super easy to install and does a fantastic job (even with a slow internet connection). Works with iPhone perfectly. Been recommend to all my friends and family that they need this.

Only took 30 minutes to setup from unpacking to drilling on the stucco wall.

Picture quality is pretty good. Can be bit too sensitive on windy days. Love the door chime options. Only down side is you have to pay for recording service.

Camera works great. Charge last pretty long. I only gave it 3 stars because you have to pay to watch the videos. Atleast give us the last 7 days free. Hey even 3 would work. I would not buy this again. Next time I will do my homework better before I consider buying from Ring.

This doorbell works great to see who is at the door without stopping what you are doing.

This product is easy to install as a replacement for an existing doorbell. Initial connection with smart devices and Alexa is simple and quick. The software lags. If someone comes to your door and is out of view of the camera within 5-10 seconds (entering the home, dropping off a flyer, etc), you will get a notification, but they will not appear on the video. Since all video is via relay, it takes a moment to connect. Your device may randomly disconnect from Ring. You can log back in using your username and password. You will receive notifications, but you will not be able to view the camera until you remove the Ring device and rescan the QR code.

Great tool for security and peace of mind. I couldn’t ask for anything more
