Easy install and user friendly application for tablets or phones

Great concept but delays, late notifications, lagging motion detection, as well as inconsistenties with camera opening makes the overall experience not as good as it could be. An update to correct these issues would be great. Great customer service though.

The ring allows me to answer from my phone and let someone know where to leve a package. They have no idea if I'm home or not. I can see all the way to my mailbox and the motion detection settings are excellent!

This is just a great investment in this day and age of crime. My son has had one for a long time. He kept an eye out for me and found it on sale. I know every time someone comes to my door and what they are doing! It is supper sensitive to movement. Even caught a squirrel digging in some flowers pots one time! Highly recommend this security measure!

This video doorbell is easy to install and use. You can customize features, and the views from it are very clear. It works well to detect motion as well as let you know who is at the door. It works as well as they advertise!

The only thing im not happy with is that within the amount of time it takes to receive the notification of activity, the person etc is usually gone from view already. A lot of time you can wait for the video to upload to the cloud than see it there, but not in real time

This doorbell works very well. It is important that you have a strong wireless signal for the space where the doorbell is attached. I also purchased a range extender for my WiFi and this works a treat. My only complaints with this is that the security screws are fragile and Ring does not stock just the security screws to provide replacements.

Great device that was simple to install. Took about 10 minutes.
