Setup took less than 15 minutes. The video quality is great. You’ll need a light near the camera to pick up images at night. Easily synced with my other ring devices. The only issue is I have the updated model at my front door and if you don’t hardwire the RING doorbell, with this model, you’ll have to take the entire doorbell off to charge it. On the later model, you can swap out the battery instead of taking the whole device down to charge.

Video is clear, voice is working well. I was hesitant to buy it at first but it’s worth! I felt safer.

I love it!! Is perfect for the house you can see if someone is around and it send you messages now that i have no spare keys while im waiting for them it’s perfect to let me know someone is outside

I got this doorbell to replace and upgrade a 1st generation Ring doorbell I’ve had for over 4 years. I am hearing impaired and this doorbell has been invaluable. Getting notifications on my devices and Apple Watch when there is someone at the door has been a game changer for me. Video is a very clear image.

We bought two Ring - Video Doorbells (one for front door and one for the back door). Since we are working overseas for months at a time, it is always good to check in to see who's at the front/back door visiting. We also have a property manager and it also helps us to see how often she visits our property and what she does. It is amazing the outdoor views we get... the whole walkway, the road, cars and/or people who may just be passing by or who enter our property. I am so happy that I have these two Rings because it keeps me connected to my home wherever I am in the world. Thank you!!!

This is an older generation ring. It doesn’t have a quick release battery that you can take out and exchange for a another, however this thing still has all the same features at the newer more expensive models and it’s a good buy.

Great video doorbell for the price. There are so many now even Ring has a bunch which can be confusing. I believe this one is an upgrade to the original with some better features. I replaced my original with this one which was an easy swap. Bought another as a gift, which also worked out perfect!

Love this thing. Makes me feel Secure in my apartment. Going to buy another, when it’s on sale again. LOL Great price.

Doorbell works good. If it wants to catch the delivery you should turn off all smart features and let it catch every movement. I like it. The battery lasts a long time.

It does everything I need it to. I had the original 720p model when it released and it served us well for years. I also prefer this to the higher end ring doorbells due to the built in battery which they omit.

It's the easiest camera to set up by yourself. On Wi-Fi immediately and the picture is awesome. This is my second one and I highly recommend. I put them on any house I own.

Easy to take off and on, wide range of angles, its an amazing product. So far so good, alerts at all times, just a really good safety net.

This was referred to us by our friend because my husband and I have no clue with electronics. It is great; easy to install. We would recommend it to others.

The actual device is pretty slick. The batteries have much longer charges than I'd have thought and charge pretty fast. If you hardwire into your 24v doorbell wires etc, moot point. Otherwise I haven't really have any issues. I wish the user profile settings were better and not all or none, and you can't set up a secondary user with access to all of the main functions. I worked around this by just using my login on my partner's phone too.

I love it! I recently moved to a new neighborhood and I wanted to make sure my packages would be safe. It was easy to install and picks up to the street!!!! Then to top it off I purchased my ring but then it was reduce (on sale) Best Buy refunded my difference without question! NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bought this as we live in the Country and wanted to have a way to monitor who comes and goes from the property when the kids are home or while we’re away! The picture and sound quality is amazing!! Love having my eyes at home even when we are not there - I also love the record feature!! Great product overall

It sees. It lets me know. Can tell difference between motion(car) and people.
