Amazing device that works very well, sometimes the footage is a little laggy but from research it might be the battery getting low or the interent. I sinply rebooted jt and back fo normal

The Ring door bell is great to have for security & no contact visitors.

Very well made durable doorbell camera. Excellent warranty. If ever stolen get a full replacement!! The only drawback that I had was when we were out of town we lost power and internet. The cameras went offline and never recorded for the 4 days it was offline I had to reset both cameras, Gen 1 & Gen 2, so pretty much useless when you lose power and are not at home to connect to my I phone.

Very simple set up and use. Materials feel sturdy enough for outdoor use.

This is the second ring cam I bought. Worth every penny! You do have to purchase a monthly plan to continue viewing. But worth it

We purchased this for our front door. After about a year the sound got very muffled and crackly. Replaced it with a used doorbell camera from Amazon. Picture quality is still decent so we use it in another location.

I am so glad we bought this, I’m so glad we did. Now we know who are the kids who are ding ding ditching on base. Laaame lol

Visual and vocal quality is outstanding The opportunity is in charging the battery You have two small screws under the unit you must remove without losing them then detach the entire unit to plug it in to charge and then remount it without losing the screws or the screwdriver

Love the ring camera and the community which keeps me up to date with any safety concerns. I gave it 4 stars because of the frequency I have to charge my camera (every 3-4 weeks). Which was different than advertised. I don’t think they tested the battery life well for busy cities (Miami, New York, San Fran)

This Ring doorbell is a great item to have as you can not only see who's at your door but a decent angle range who's in front of your house and your neighbor's. Good safety item.

I love this device, because I don’t have to worry about packages that This device gives me notifications when someone comes to my door and it provides a visual to see the person in live time. I feel secured when packages are delivered to house.
