I really wish ring gave us access to the battery ,in order to charge the ring, it has to be removed from the wall.

Though I believe it’s not the products fault I cannot close in the distance enough to stop it from going off 35x a day which makes me forget about important notices

If your device is not picking up motion as quickly as you would like it to, you can adjust your device's motion sensitivity by following these steps:
Open the Ring app.
Tap menu (☰).
Tap Devices.
Tap the device you want to adjust.
Tap Motion Settings.
Tap Motion Sensitivity.
Adjust the Motion Sensitivity slider.
Then Save in the upper-right corner.
