We are saddened to read that the Ring Video Doorbell (2020 Release) didn't fit where you needed it to on your home.
This product's dimensions are 2.4 in. x 4.98 in x 1.10 in (62 mm x 126.5 mm x 28 mm). If you're installing your Ring Video Doorbell on a house with siding or on a house where the door is atop a set of stairs, you can use a wedge kit to properly position the Ring Video Doorbell to catch visitor motion but minimize "false positive" motion alerts such as cars in the street. Maybe the 3rd gen is quite a bit better (since it costs quite a bit more).
