Excellent ring doorbell. Once I had a notification from the alarm where the police came but I was not home. I was able to speak to them through the ring camera from this doorbell. I’ve also been able to speak to delivery guys, etc. It’s great as well to see any movement when you’re away on vacation.

Before I got this camera packages used to be stolen on my door since this camera got installed. I have not missed any packages. I’m glad that I got this camera. The battery life is the best. I recommend this item if anyone wants to get it.

Very good system and security. Especially enjoyed the set up. Almost plug & play! Highly recommend. One thing that was a suprise, the ring doorbell will not work with your standard doorbell. You will need to purxhase a ring plug in doorbell, if you have a 2 story home, zi suggest one for downstairs and pne for upstairs, very hard to hear with just one !

I love my ring doorbell. It has been a game changer for me when expecting packages. I also like that I can see any unexpected visitors and can speak to them when I’m home or away.

The quality of the camera is awesome. Setting up was a breeze and compared to my Vivint doorbell, this Ring has a better alert and picks up human movement everytime.

I am pleased with the installment of the ring video doorbell and the device.........however, i was told to get a ring backup power since i thought it would be wifi. When the installer arrived, he said it could be wired since we already had our original doorbell and told me I could return the ring backup power. I was at the store and paid for the device, installment and the backup power. A few days later i went back and changed the color of the device and they had to refund the whole thing and recharge me for the same items. Now I have no need for the backup, can I return this item. I cant find my receipt. Thank you Tanya Mills Later I

Great product very clear easy to use instrucions understandable

Really good for the price I got it for. Would recommend if you’d like some basic security for package thieves and to answer the door if you are not home
