Had different models even the newest and never had any problems. The newest model has an extra wide viewing area and the battery life is great even using the extra features. Buying a spare battery makes changing batteries easier and always ready to use . A must item for any door.

I was a bit skeptical since I'd had something else before this and was disappointed. This doorbell is different! It covers a whole range from the back of the carport to the street. The recordings are perfect, I haven't used the talk portion of it yet. My husband asked me to get the 1 year even before our 30 trial was over. I did that and they tacked it on to my free trial giving me 13 months. I definitely recommend. It doesn't ring because I don't have the capacity but my phone and watch let me know if someone's at the door.

Very essy to install, works well, better if you add a chime to it so you can hear the door bell even if you don’t have your phone with you

Works Great !! Easy to set up. Just read and follow the directions and you won’t go wrong. As for security and video, it’s not 4K but it’s pretty darn good !!

I honestly enjoyed this product all around. Good app comes with the brand where you can share events and things going on around your area etc. At first I was dissatisfied with how easy it would be to unlatch it but I found out it comes with a security pin inside as well. To prevent any one from taking it off. All I’m all good motion capture, decent battery life.
