Easy setting it up. Had some bad weather so we some trouble set it up because of wifi other than that was super easy-to-use . We love it, makes my wife feel more comfortable too be at home. Have one at front door and now the back. Thanks for the invitation, love it

Such a great camera! This was a gift for my mother who just bought her own place. She loved ours and mentioned how nice it is to know who’s at her front door. I also got her the Amazon show to go work it so she could see who’s at her door. She is in love with this!! She’s very tech savvy and was able to set it up on her own. Ours is the older model where you have to take it apart and take out the battery to charge it. This on has a usb plug right in the bottom so you don’t even need to take it off the wall to charge it. I’m thinking about getting this new one for our house!!

Purchased this for the front door. Our entry door is on the side of the house, but the camera picks up a good range to the front walkway. Great sound and video quality.

Performs well, I like the fact that it will notify me if someone is at the door even if they don't ring the bell (like Amazon/Fedex/UPS deliveries, where they just leave the package, take a picture, and leave). My only dislike, and it's minor, is that the unit has to be taken off and hooked up to a USB to charge. I wish it had a battery pack, like the stick up cameras, where I could just pop in a freshly charged battery pack when needed. The solar charger isn't a good option because the unit is not located in an area that receives direct sunlight.

This was so easy to set up. The Ring app does a good job of walking you through all the set up. The most important thing is to have your wifi password.

This is a great doorbell. It's easy to setup, and doesn't require any wires. The downside is that you have to charge the battery every few weeks. Don't lose the screwdriver that's included because it's a special type of screw that holds the unit in place - a security feature I suppose.

Another great installation by the Best Buy team. Works great and looks very nice on our metal fence.

I love my ring doorbell, it makes it so much easier to feel safe at home. It alerts me when Anybody comes on my property! It has many different settings that you can use
