    Awesome device love being able to see who is at the front door. Chimes to let us know someone is on the porch. Need one for the back door.

    Very easy to setup. Can be used hardwired or as wireless. Great visibility. Helps give peace of mind. Can also fit in boa in case you're living in an apartment.

    This is our 2nd video doorbell from ring. I like that this model doesn't have any contacts on the mounting bracket. Video is crisp.

    Bought this for a gift for a friend and they said it was an easy install and set up via the ring doorbell app. Only issue they ran into was it will only work on 2.4ghz WiFi and not 5ghz so not bad stable connection but egg they made it work.

    The camera on this is great. I can see who or what is near my front door. It works better than I expected at night. Even without a porch light, the picture is clear.

    Got this to see how it does since I've been using a Eufy doorbell. What I notice is that it has dropped service a few times so I can't view video. RSSI is at 35 to 40 and internet signal is strong. I should have went with the 3 or 4 Ring but wanted to check this device out, my Eufy never had any issues! Maybe 5GHz connection is stronger but only 2GHz on this. Will wait for a sale and maybe upgrade later. I do like it and will be running the wire connection soon so it will keep the battery fully charged. Got this at a really good price on sale.

If your Doorbell is not activating the Live View or it is disconnecting from your wifi network, try reviewing the information in our Help Center article here: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-Values-and-Wifi-Signal-Strength. It may be an intermittent interruption in the wifi signal your Doorbell is receiving, which could be due to another device causing interference.
