Great purchase! Since installing at the end of June I have not yet had to charge and it’s almost September. Great battery life.

It took three generations but we got it I have an old house I had to get them food professionally install it works great

This is my second unit being used on a second home. Funny thing is the sensitivity seems way off and there is no sound? I have not had time to worry about troubleshooting yet. I would go with a newer model next time.

Great product! Wire free so install is super easy! Purchased a bolt lock from Amazon so no one can detach it from door!

Better HD camera than my 1st gen. Overall works the same as older model including occasional hangups. Transferring my existing protect plan wasn’t as easy with Ring, but after a few times contacting customer service it was rectified.

I just set this doorbell up today. There was no instruction on how to remove the mounting bracket but a quick YouTube video solved that. Easy to setup. Easy to mount. I did not use hardwire but will charge battery when needed.
