The ring video doorbell 2020 release is great! Good camera quality and audio, only bad thing was the packaging was super beat up when it got to me because of the poor way it was packaged. Thankfully nothing was broken!

easy install. Good visibility on visitors to your door. Great to talk and see visitors even though you are miles away from home.

Previously owned the doorbell pro. This is every bit as good but with one distinct flaw. (Hardwired) Living in the North, temps can drop below zero during winter. This model requires a battery even if you hardwire it. I installed the doorbell 4 days ago, we have had a couple cold nights, and I am getting a low battery warning. Apparently hardwiring this model with existing doorbell wires only provides a constant slow charge to the battery (which powers the doorbell). Under cold temperatures or maximum motion detection, the battery can drain faster than it can be charged.. So, if you live where temps can get below zero, get the doorbell pro (no battery). If you are anywhere else, this is a great doorbell at a fraction of the cost of the pro.

Very easy to set up. It's nice to see deliveries arrive at my door and we get notices on our phones when anything appears on the camera

I like the door bell. I don't like that you have to pay a monthly fee to view the video history. It does have a nice strong magnet to hold it on the door if you don't want to hard wire it. Battery seems to last a long time.

Cameras are nice wished they picked up more movement from farther away. Sometimes have issues with the app not working.

This is the greatest invention since color tv...lol. My mother and I live alone together in a not so good area. This gives me peace of mind seeing who is at the door BEFORE opening the door. I love it even more because I installed it and set it up by myself. Bought each of my 2 neighbors one for Christmas.

We love The Ring Doorbell. Seems to work really good. Only had it for a couple weeks. No issues so far.

Fun safe . Easy to install I am not allowed to drill and no doorbell - so I used 15 lb adhesive on the metal strip of the window .

Setup was super easy setup with the app!! Took no time at all to install and setup! I am now able to know when ever someone comes to the door!!
