Easy to use. Just make sure your internet is up to snuff. We had to replace our modem as everyone knows frontier internet is very poor.

This Ring was very easy to install and it seems that the battery is lasting for a decent amount of time. Only thing, I wish it had the ability to change out the battery, rather than having to take down to charge.

The ring camera has great quality and pricing is just right.

We are enjoying this product and learning more about it like there's a neighborhood watch page on the app. Neighbors can post videos or comments. Example... what was that loud noise? Turned out to be a car crash/transformer in our area. My husband enjoys telling me i'm late for work again as he sees me leave. Even once he announced it through the Ring Doorbell speaker. Lol.

A family place! They have a lot of things to keep your mind sharp and focused on what's going on in life and and equipment is nice and it has longevity overall I really enjoy shopping there and I will continue to shop there and I will tell friend after a friend after friend thank you have a great day

Installed this 2 months ago and it is working great. Hooked up the unit to the existing door bell wiring to trickle charge the battery and the battery has been fully charged for the last 8 weeks..... no need to remove unit to charge in the house. The original house " door bell chime" also works when the button pushed on the outside unit. The 1080p image is very good. I have a Ring Doorbell Gen 1 ( 720p ) . The Gen 2 has a much better HD image than Gen 1. My only complaint is the occasional latency when trying to view "motion detected" that is recorded and latency when trying to view "live".

I love this doorbell. I use the battery option - it lasts a long time. I also bought the chime with it and that is great too.

Video quality is great, battery life is terrible. Even on lowest settings I'm only getting 10-14 days per charge and i do not live on a a street where cars pass or there is foot travel.

So far I and pleased with this product. Good quality.

This is the greatest invention since color tv...lol. My mother and I live alone together in a not so good area. This gives me peace of mind seeing who is at the door BEFORE opening the door. I love it even more because I installed it and set it up by myself. Bought each of my 2 neighbors one for Christmas.
