Only thing, I wish it had the ability to change out the battery, rather than having to take down to charge.

Easy to connect and install if you’re not having to use the wedges that I had to buy separately because my door bell is mounted on the side of my door on not straight on.

Hooked up the unit to the existing door bell wiring to trickle charge the battery and the battery has been fully charged for the last 8 weeks..... no need to remove unit to charge in the house. The original house " door bell chime" also works when the button pushed on the outside unit. The 1080p image is very good. I have a Ring Doorbell Gen 1 ( 720p ) . The Gen 2 has a much better HD image than Gen 1. My only complaint is the occasional latency when trying to view "motion detected" that is recorded and latency when trying to view "live".
