I replaced my wired doorbell with this Ring Doorbell. It is great for safety and piece of mind. I love the fact that when my doorbell rings, whether I'm home or not, I can hear the doorbell plus see who's at my door from my cell phone.

For the price i paid, itnshoyldve come with extra mounts It's a good device doesn't loose signal as i thought it would. Battary life is A+

Hardest part was trying to remove the magnetically attached bracket. Works great. Simple installation.

As you enter the door you are greeted in a professional manner. You are asked if you need help and you are directed to go where you need to for your purchase of whatever the need is. Everything is done on a professional matter and that counts a lot for me. Speaking for an older senior citizen lot's of times people don't want to help us. I thank you Best Buy for training your staff to treat your customers no matter how old, in the right way.

Definitely great to have. Consider a hard wired one if you live in cold climates. In the winter the battery will drop off and need charging about once a week. Other than that this thing has been very useful!

This was very easy to hook up and it works well with my MYQ garage door opener.

Good picture quality. Only down side is when it rains it will get a lil foggy .

This is my second Ring product purchase so that should say enough about my satisfaction with Ring products.

New to using this but quickly learning how to maneuver. Still need to safely secure to my front entrance.

Loved this product so much we bought one for the garage door. They work flawlessly. Great resolution and a very wide viewing angle. Software is very advanced and lets us dictate the distance of detection so we dont pick up every car on the street. Really cool!
