I’ve used it a lot to converse with solicitors and not have to open the door especially when I’m gone, but they think I am home. Plus, I can see what goes on outside my door when I’m inside the house or away from home with my phone and the Ring camera. I love this unit.

We tried others with high resolutions but we had issues with notifications on time or the app wasn't as easy to work around. Definitely recommend this doorbell.

It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. Ring devices have a one-year limited warranty. We will cover your eligible device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use.
