What I notice is that it has dropped service a few times so I can't view video. RSSI is at 35 to 40 and internet signal is strong. I should have went with the 3 or 4 Ring but wanted to check this device out, my Eufy never had any issues! Maybe 5GHz connection is stronger but only 2GHz on this. Will wait for a sale and maybe upgrade later. I do like it and will be running the wire connection soon so it will keep the battery fully charged. Got this at a really good price on sale.

If your Doorbell is not activating the Live View or it is disconnecting from your wifi network, try reviewing the information in our Help Center article here: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-Values-and-Wifi-Signal-Strength. It may be an intermittent interruption in the wifi signal your Doorbell is receiving, which could be due to another device causing interference. If the suggestions in that article don't resolve this for you, try browsing the Ring Community at https://community.ring.com/. ||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for a gift for a friend and they said it was an easy install and set up via the ring doorbell app. Only issue they ran into was it will only work on 2.4ghz WiFi and not 5ghz so not bad stable connection but egg they made it work.
