    This unit did not have a bunch of wires and complicated instructions. I was able to install in about 30 minutes.

    Excellent product. Bought it to use at vacation home located outside of the U.S. Using the Ring app, I can view the main entrance at the home anytime around the clock. No problem connecting device to the local wifi and I’m able to communicate via the mic/speaker in nearly real-time, even if the location is 3k miles away.

    Hardest part was trying to remove the magnetically attached bracket. Works great. Simple installation.

    As you enter the door you are greeted in a professional manner. You are asked if you need help and you are directed to go where you need to for your purchase of whatever the need is. Everything is done on a professional matter and that counts a lot for me. Speaking for an older senior citizen lot's of times people don't want to help us. I thank you Best Buy for training your staff to treat your customers no matter how old, in the right way.
