I spent a day trying to install and uninstall the unit. I also rebooted my router and modem. Still had issues, returned the unit and took a chance with another unit. I had to stand in line for 20 minutes waiting to return it and then I was told if I wanted to exchange the unit I would have to go get another one. Finally home and installed the unit within 45 minutes. Only reason I gave this unit a 3 is because the second one was so easy to install.

No problems at all. Everything seems to be working. I live in a mobile home with aluminum siding so I haven't put it on the wall yet. As I'm an 80-year-old, I'm waiting for my son to come over. He will make an opening in the aluminum and install the doorbell over it so that a good signal will get to my router, about 10 feet from where the doorbell will go. Gave it 4 stars because not yet installed on the wall. Will update the rating and review if necessary. So far so good. Thinking about hard wiring it - we'll see.
