I buy from them a lot, and over the last two years I've brought two entire kitchen appliances and is very happy with their service. Get their credit card and you get points and it's like money!

I plan on getting 1 for my daughters apartment. (You just never know.) Don’t pass this by. “BUY IT, YOU SHOULD’NT BE DISAPPOINTED”.

We are happy to provide you with more information on the connection issue that you mentioned in your review of the device. The Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen.) is compatible with b/g/n wifi networks operating on 2.4 GHz frequencies. High-speed internet is recommended. If your Ring device is far from your wifi router, it may be experiencing connection issues.
Here are a few of the top reasons for poor connectivity:
Your Ring device may be too far from your WiFi router.
Your mobile device has a low signal or poor connection.
Your home wifi connection is poor (or your internet service provider is experiencing high traffic).
To learn more about your device's signal strength, follow these steps:
Open the Ring app.
Tap the menu (☰).
Tap “Devices.”
Select the ring device you would like to test.
Tap on the “Device Health” tile.
Scroll to “Signal Strength” under the “Network” section.
The green, amber, and red colors are indicators of your device connection. Green is good; red is poor.
Move your wifi router off the floor.
Walls, floors, and furniture can interfere with or weaken your router's wireless signal. Choose an elevated, central, open location for your wifi router.

It lets you know when someone is approaching wherever you are. Its nice because it looks great and the app shows you events your neighbors report. For example there has been an uprise of people breaking in cars and now theyll get caught if the try.

We’re not sure if it was just because she had an Android phone but setup failed after multiple attempts, and got to the point where I had to take a break from trying. Afterwards, I continued the setup on my iPhone and it took less than 10 mins. She loves the device.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand the importance of a seamless setup process, as this allows your aunt to start using her Ring Video Doorbell (2020 release) right away. What you describe is not the experience we want you to have, rest assured we hear you and are here to offer our help.
While not comprehensive, the three most common causes of failure to complete the setup (after entering an incorrect password) are your Ring device being too far from your wifi router, having a problem with your internet connection, or some type of issue related to your wifi modem or router. It does sound like there may have been an issue with the Android phone, as you were able to complete the setup on your iPhone in less than 10 minutes. In some instances, the Smart Network Switch on Android devices may need to be adjusted. The link below has some great tips and tricks for Android devices when the in-app setup fails to complete.
