The only issue we have with it is it did not want to ring through our Alexa Echo 8. They came as a package deal so it was pretty important that we get them synced. Had a power outage and it just refused to resync. It took several days for it to sync up again. The picture is great! Caught a herd of wild burros grazing in our front yard and a mountain lion following them! The pictures/videos are very good. Highly recommend!

You will need a bell for notification inside. Not available at Best Buy. Shop with lots of research. Could easily be removed from mounting. I should have done more research. Cost of ring app not bad, but I don’t like paying it.

The image is a little warped though but you can still recognize the person’s facial features well. Audio is loud and clear. I am happy with this product !

The geek squad could not due. There fore I have to take it down and charge battery maybe every 2 months.

The Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen.) is designed to be installed with existing doorbell wiring or wireless. Disconnect power to the installation area at your circuit breaker or fuse box before beginning installation. Always use caution when handling electrical wiring. Great easy device!

It is a great easy device to use and install. If I can install it, anyone can. It's a great device to add some security to your home. I highly recommend this device for those who cannot afford an expensive home alarm security system.
