Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your experience with the Ring Video Doorbell (2020 Release). It sounds like you're experiencing a few different concerns, and we would love to take the opportunity to address these and help restore your confidence in Ring.

Connecting to Live View and the picture quality you receive can go hand-in-hand when you start to experience issues with these features. Most oftentimes we can trace these concerns back to one factor: wifi connection. A strong wifi signal is imperative to having a consistent connection to your Ring doorbell. One way to see if your wifi signal is the cause for concern is by testing the wifi signal at the door. Here are a few symptoms that can occur when you have a weak wifi signal:

- Device falls offline or frequently disconnects.
- Poor connection message, or failure to connect to Live View.
- Missed motion events or ring notifications.
- Poor audio and video quality.
