The quality of camera and video is good for day and night. Installation was easy. I am surprised the battery is still at 92% after 2 weeks of use.

I live in multi family building with busy parking lot so have sensitivity set low but it still views my car and anyone at my door. Very happy with my purchase.

I have not missed any packages. I’m glad that I got this camera. The battery life is the best. I recommend this item if anyone wants to get it.

My barking dogs scared them off. I wanted to make sure that if it happens again, I would be able to identify the person. The Ring camera is great! It immediately notifies me if someone is at my door. I get regular live views and can set my motion sensor from low to high ranges. There are many settings that you can personalize to make it work just for you. It's a priceless device that everyone should have. The Ring membership is just $30 a YEAR. That's a small price to pay for security. You will also have access to other Ring customers in your area. You can keep up with incidents in your area as well as talk directly to your Ring neighbors. Everyone needs this!

I’ll be ure to get additional cameras. only downsize is that this model doesn’t come with a detachable battery. You literally have to detach whole camera to charge.

Overall, the product meets and exceeds the descriptions online as well as the ease of use and installation. I also bought the door clamp separately to attach this doorbell to the door itself.

I love wherever I am whether in the house or not I can see who is at my door. Easy to install and use with the app. I highly recommend!

Once I had a notification from the alarm where the police came but I was not home. I was able to speak to them through the ring camera from this doorbell. I’ve also been able to speak to delivery guys, etc. It’s great as well to see any movement when you’re away on vacation.

Gives me peace of mind when I’m away from home the camera is great very clear. Love the fact that I can see who’s at my door from my phone. Syncs well with echo dot that it came with.

It installs in a breeze, wired or not, and it gets the job done. What I don't like, however, is you have to pay for a subscription service even to simply watch the previous 10 seconds! And they don't make it easy to get that subscription: when you click on a button in the app it simply takes you to a screen to remind you you don't have the service, but that you can't access it in the app. What the heck? If they want to get more people to subscribe they need to make it easier than that!

The Ring Protect Plan provides valuable capabilities, such as accessing paid features and the ability to save, download, and review footage captured by your Ring device. We can definitely provide you with more information regarding the concern mentioned in your review. With a Ring Protect Plan, you can save, review, and share video recordings from your Ring devices to your Ring account. Without a Ring Protect Plan, you can still view real-time video for Ring doorbells and cameras and answer doorbell notifications when they happen, but you don’t get video recordings of those events. There are three Ring Protect Plans available for home devices. We have listed them here.
Ring Protect Basic:
Video recording for one Ring doorbell or home camera. Activate digital features, including Rich Notifications, Smart Alerts and in-app arming and disarming for your Ring Alarm or Ring Alarm Pro device.
Ring Protect Plus (most advanced video features):
Video recording for all Ring doorbells and home cameras at one location. Activate digital features, including notifications and in-app arming/disarming, for your Ring Alarm or Ring Alarm Pro device.
Ring Protect Pro:
The ultimate Ring home security subscription. Unlock additional benefits for all your compatible home devices and the option to enroll in 24/7 Alarm Professional Monitoring for Ring Alarm or the Ring Alarm Pro device for one location.
You can subscribe to Ring Protect from your account on Ring.com.
From a web browser, log in to your Ring account.
Go to the Protect Plan tab and select Unsubscribed Devices. You’ll see a list of devices that aren’t covered by a plan.
Select Subscribe, then choose a plan and the devices you want coverage for.
If you selected multiple devices and choose Basic, then the price of Basic will be charged for each device. Ring Protect Plus and Pro cover all devices at a single location for one price.
Select a monthly or annual payment option.
Enter your payment information and check out.
Review your order and select Purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email for your subscription purchase.

Makes ordering purchases online safer from theives as I can see when my packages are delivered at the door. App is easy to use as well.
