Great product to view people who is at your door, when they ringing the doorbell and/or or when it detects a motion. Has great two-way communication, when using the app on your cell phone or ipad. Can also monitor when you're away from your home. Highly recommend it, when looking for a doorbell camera recorder. Glad I got it.

Super necessary, the image is not 4k but great for work! I've already used it to claim a package that hadn't been delivered, phew, it was worth the money!!

camera is clear and large area is scanned. You do have to subscribe if you want to continue to see video. Subscription is low cost.

Great video doorbell, ring app makes setup easy. However if planning to wire to existing doorbell systems, must have some competence with household wiring

We purchased our ring security camera and light for our front yard and a ring doorbell for the back yard just before we left on vacation. It was great being able to check in at home. The alerts were very helpful. We are very happy with our purchases. We havent had to re harge the battery yet.

always wanted one...now I got one & I love it... it does what it says, easy to install & use...don’t think my neighbors like it too much but it’s worth it to have to keep an eye on things happening outside my door ( apartment living). the app is great as well - easy to use - fairly simple & to the point.

Very happy with the product functionality (great camera quality and sound). My only complaint is that it did not mount flat on my house siding (Dutch-lap) and there wasn’t a quick fix so we had to engineer a fix ourselves.

Very clear video quality and audio. Unfortunately had to use a recorded video to submit to the police after car theft attempt. Very satisfied with all features

This was a gift to my 89-yr-old mom who lives alone. She is very happy with the ability to see who is at her door AND who has been in her house while she is away. (All the children have keys just in case she is unable to answer the door). She didn't ask for it, but is very happy she now has this functionality.

The unit can be installed hard-wired, or wireless. If hard-wires, don’t need to remove battery for charging. It also rings the existing doorbell, as well as sending a notification to your phone and Alexa or google device.

Easy to install and get working. Just remember to start everything before actually installing the device. The install instruction require you to access a button on the back of the device. Like the ring tone.

Like the product , it’s easy to install, easy to use , and I can move the camera from my phone.

Compared to other doorbell cameras we’ve tried this one is the best choice. It does the job most of the time. For some reason it disconnects from the WiFi sometimes and we have to reconnect it, but that’s a WiFi issue I guess. The app is a pain sometimes, it take forever to connect when your trying to see who is at the door

This is one of my best buys!!! It's better than I could have imagined. Is so worth the purchase. I feel much safer in my home. Thanks to the rain doorbell camera.

Only 4 stars because the one purchased from Best Buy was defective. However called RING manufacturer and they sent me a replacement because it was under 1 year warranty. Replacement works great ! No issues at all. Original one was definitely defective.
