Seems to be working fine - a friend installed it for me and it will be hard wired next week -

I love it I’m still using but I didn’t subscribe for video ,I can still see everything and battery last like 2 to 3 weeks

I love my Ring Doorbell. I can see exactly who is approaching my door at all time. I also get alerts of what's happening in my surrounding neighborhood.

It's a great price and has very good video quality. The audio/speaker might even be better than the Pro. I ended exchanging for the Pro however mostly because of the motion settings. The Pro let's you drag custom zones to detect motion. This Ring has preset motion zones and all you can do is turn them on or off. Even after playing with all the other settings for a week I couldn't get it to notify me properly. It was always too much or too little and it would often miss the event entirely even when detecting motion. If you mostly want live monitoring this is great. If you're lucky the preset motion zones might be in just the right places. If you want the preroll function, the ability to go back through out the day and custom motion zones for better notifications, you'll want the Pro.

The camera is good. Nice 1080p quality. I live in an old home with no doorbell so this acts as my doorbell as well as my security camera so I am happy.

This is the very first model Ring door bell but, better. The battery is bit into the camera (non removable). The camera is much better then the original model but it’s still best to hard wire this model Ring.

i love the quality and how the features it comes with this ring. Even if i am at different state it gives me the best experience.

Works like I hoped it would. I really like it shows who is coming to the door before they are actually there so I can decide if I want to answer it. It is also nice to see who has been there when no one is at home.

Reliable performance - Ring app notifies when motion is detected by the camera. Good view of close objects and reasonable of those further away.

I got a system that allows me to keep track of my husband around the house, important health wise. I can also speak to him wherever the cameras are. Great advantage.

Easy set up and connecting to device and adding to my Alexa devices as well. Only problem was with install but it was a quick easy fix with a power drill. No complaints so far

Good device has been working flawless since I purchase it with the echo shows, they work hand in hand with each other.
