Great product and very easy to setup. From unboxing, downloading the app, to mounting was easy.

Easy to install - accurate motion sensor! I was having a hard time connecting to it at first, but that was in internet issue not a device issue! Just make sure your internet is running properly during set up!

I appreciate the convenience of knowing who is at the door. I realize the efficiency in which it works is directly related to the WiFi. That being taken into account, it does work well and I am able to communicate quite easily through the doorbell. The reason I give it a 4 star rating is because, after purchasing this item, which is not cheap, we still have to purchase a plan to help monitor and save video. If you do not catch the notification immediately, you can not replay and see who or what it was that made the notification. Other than that, I really do love my new ring door bell!!!
