I bought this for my parents as a Christmas gift to complete their home security set-up. I already had one for my place and really liked how easy and quick it was to set up, so it was a perfect choice for my parents who aren't too tech savvy. The only complaints I have are that it requires a subscription to save video and from what my parents are calling me alot about is that there are app connectivity issues when multiple devices are signed in to view the camera. Overall the camera is great for anyone wanting to keep an eye on their front door and catching porch pirates.

Honestly, I think the app is easier to use than a lot of other home security apps tbh. I attribute that to why the devices are so popular. my problem is usually around video footage and notifications being too slow at times.
