Extremely satisfied with this larger Ring doorbell compared to the older model that was half as wide in overall visibility, battery life, and camera day/night vision quality.

I was a bit unsure about getting a battery powered doorbell but this has worked out very well! I love being able to see what is happening in my driveway. We didn’t have a doorbell at all by the utility door to the garage and often the UPS, FedEx or Amazon truck would come and leave a package and I would not even know they were there until I got a text notification of delivery. Now I Know right away

Product easy to install, user friendly and clarity

Excellent for the price. I was concerned if this being the base model would mean it felt limiting in some way to use, but it does everything I hoped. Clear video, the setup is easy, and the battery so far is lasting a good while. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely easy to install and put together. Charged it for about an hour and it was good to go. We haven’t had any issues. Only thing i don’t like is how you have to go to the actual website to manage your account versus being able to update in the app.

works great, i live in a huge condo complex, very safe. but i believe it was landscapers who side swiped my car with a lawnmower. want to make sure I have proof of anything like that happening again.

I purchased this new RING doorbell and it is wonderful! The camera is clear, the ability to talk two-way is excellent. It was easy to install and pair with my phone. I am pleased with this purchase.

I purchased the ring doorbell to be notified of package deliveries and minimize opportunity for theft. I was able to install the doorbell and continue to use my existing Doorbell chimes. I am not sure that it will ever be a deterrent for theft, however it allows me to respond quickly to visitors and deliveries. For this reason, I am ver happy with the purchase.

Wow!!! Best thing coming and going! Adds safety and security and peace of mind especially here at holidays for deliveries. I still have to find time to explore all options. And decide if monitoring or self monitoring. I need to see if videos immediately disappear or what. Still it’s great and highly recommend it. I had a competitor indoor item and Ring beats it hands down

The ease of installation, overall performance, quality, and easy integration into our already existing Ring products, has made this product a fantastic purchase. My only complaint is that we wasted so much time on other doorbells before converting to this one!

Someone had been playing around knocking on doors at my daughter's apartment. I was able to purchase this online at BestBuy and she was able to pick it up the same day in her city! This Ring gives some visibility to whats happening at the door. It was easy to set up and the pictures are very clear. The basic annual subscription is also very affordable to allow video to be stored.

It's nice to respond to people at the door if I'm in the bathroom or on a work call. It's nice to have a camera that is motion activated, but this either catches everything or nothing. I get a lot of packages delivered without it getting tripped because of the angle our mail carrier runs from the mail box to the front door. This is with default zones and he comes from behind my neighbors car. I don't think he knows he didn't trip my Ring doing that, but I had to make adjustments and the Ring goes off 20+ times a day now in a rather quiet neighborhood. I'm thankful it doesn't activate from the rabbits and squirrels. Overall I like it since it's hardwired the battery has never gone down below 100% and install wasn't too bad other than needing to get some titanium drill bits for the steel siding to drill pilot hold for the screws for the bracket. But that is a housing materials thing not Ring's fault. Turning off the doorbell was easy because I mapped out the circuit breaker last year after finding it unreadable because the pencil had faded. So setup the app and charged the Ring, turned off the breaker, drilled 4 holes, screwed int he bracket and mounted it, fed through the doorbell wiring and connected it to the Ring and screwed down the contact screws and bolted it onto the bracket and flipped the power back on and it rang my existing chime and I got the Ring notification on my phone. Other than the run to get bits that could drill through steel it was maybe 15 minutes of work. Just wish it was more reliable on catching motion for package delivery that speed or angle of motion should prevent it from notifying me that someone approached my steps without having to capture my entire neighborhood's activities.

We have several Ring doorbells, for multiple homes. Have never had any issues. I am not one of those 'handy men', but was able to hardwire install this on my own. Instructions were easy to follow and works great. If you do not ant to hardwire, makes installation even easier, and the battery is easily taken out for recharge if needed.
