    Quick to install. Great to use the features. The only problem I have is you cannot control the volume of these speaker that is facing outside the camera when you interacting with person at the door and it's LOUD Hoping this gets address in future updates.

      It sounds like the device is not performing as expected in regards to the audio from the speaker. With Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation), stay connected to your home from anywhere by seeing who’s at your door and answering it right from the Ring app. Enjoy enhanced features like upgraded video quality from 720p HD to 1080p HD, Near Zone motion detection in areas as close as 5 to 15-feet in front of your home and a reimagined mounting setup that simplifies installation. To adjust the volume on the speaker, please follow these steps:
      Open the Ring app.
      Tap the menu (≡).
      Tap Devices and select the doorbell or camera you'd like to adjust the volume on.
      Tap the Device Settings tile.
      Scroll down and tap the General Settings tab.
      Tap Volume Settings and adjust the slider tab for Device Speaker according to your needs.

    This is actually our second Ring doorbell. I dropped our first one and broke it when I was taking it off to recharge the battery. It provides a true sense of relief to know who is around your home when you’re not there. If they actually ring the doorbell, you can answer it from your phone and converse with the visitor. We are very happy with this inexpensive security device.
