    I don’t have a wired doorbell so I needed a wireless camera. Great camera, great video. Only downside is battery only last 3 - 4 weeks.

    It gives me a piece of mind and safety. And with the Holidays, I have proof of a package is delivered. And being in a larger home, i know when someone arrives, because I don't always hear a knock.

    First unit defective (stuck in boot loop). Just an FYI, this device talks to you while setting up. The device we returned didn't talk, the new one did start talking as soon as setup began, which is also an indication that something was definitely wrong with the first unit. After overcoming the hurdle of the first defective unit, setup was a breeze. This is our 2nd Ring doorbell and works well. Battery is built in, non removable so it's a negative to unable to have a backup charging to do a quick swap when the time comes.

    Does the job, but few times - Arlo captured the movement, but Ring did not. Ring missed one or two out of some 1000 captures. We have arlo camera and ring door bell.

    The device worked as expected. I was able to install it to my wired doorbell. I still have not been able to connect it to my Google Home.
