Absolutely love this video doorbell. Not that I get a lot of visitors but the motion alerts in itself has made this product worth the buy. One night in particular,I receive a motion alert. An unidentified person is walking almost me and my 3 other neighbors apartment. I immediately go outside and find the person and comforted him (not advisable) and he denied walking in the area of our complex. I said really, the doorbell caught you dude and his story changed real quick!! The person only alert option lets me know its not an animal setting off my alarm. Have not received a false alert yet!!! Will never do without a device like this again, Ring has awesome products to make you feel safe!!

Good quality camera, easy to install and use. The app is kind of anoying, I just wanna know about what’s going on in my house not everywhere, so had to turn off the neighbor’s notifications.

The quality of the camera is awesome. Setting up was a breeze and compared to my Vivint doorbell, this Ring has a better alert and picks up human movement everytime.

Thank you for making it so easy. I ordered my Ring doorbell and used your curbside pickup. I purchased it because of car theft/vandalism in my neighborhood. I set it for chimes. If anything moves near my door the chimes go off. It has even stopped neighbors from curbing their dogs in my front yard.
