Ring support was AMAZING! Best Buy support totally useless. Did hook up unit to existing door bell wiring - incredibly easy!

I asked upon purchase is it refundable in the case theres this issue .. so im hoping to stick with ring and find one for our new home - thwyve always worked great and in my experience i like ring over nest anytime
