Ring did a poor job of labeling and I purchased accessories that were not actually compatible with this model (Ring 2nd Generations does not equal Ring 2) so make sure you read it carefully. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I felt like I was bothering them and was happier to get off of the phone then I was to call for help.
