Couldnt find the breaker to shut the power off but did it myself anyway. Just don’t touch both wires at the same time and you won’t get shocked. Camera works extremly well in dark. Takes some customization to ge the notifications right. Very satisfied.

Easy wireless installation. I was under the impression that you couldn’t talk to the person at the door without an Amazon Alexa, but to my surprise, you can talk to the person at the door through the Ring app. You can see and hear them and they can see you. Very nice surprise.

Picture quality is very clear. I have reccomend to family and friends to add this door bell to their homes for security. Thank you Best Buy.

With the sticky attachment we did have it fall at least once but it was an easy fix. I 100% would buy again and will probably get another one for other doors or for my in-laws for Christmas!

We are happy to share with you some information on how to use the Ring No-Drill Mount for the Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen.). Stick the No-Drill Mount to your wall and hold it against the surface firmly for a few minutes making sure it is firmly and securely attached. Wait a few hours for the tape to adhere to the surface before installing your Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen). Ensure that the area is clean and clear of any dust or dirt prior to installing the mount. We recommend wiping down the surface and then drying it with a dust free cloth.

Cant believe i barely got this for my Apartment!!!

Saved me when a signed package was at the front door. I normally in my room so i cant hear the door. Also, i cant believe how much package and dog theft there is! Love that other Ringdoorbell people communicate with eachother. Great Community to be apart of.

Don’t expect to read the name script on worker’s jackets from your phone. But to work around that, get a large screen to display on. I opted for an Echo Show 8 (8” screen), works just fine.

I lost Movement from both my legs and my left arm But I can use my right arm For small movements. And I can use this door opener Front by my phone using just my voice Which is the best part!

I love that I can get updates on my phone when there is motion and door bell alerts! Battery lasts me about 5-6 weeks and alerts you when to charge it. Highly recommend
