Camera quality is great, night vision is clear. My only disappointment is that i had to purchase the chime after the fact because otherwise the sound was nonexistent. If your devices isn’t near you are likely to miss people at your door. I felt that the chime should’ve been included instead of being it’s own purchase. Other than that I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I love my ring doorbell. I bought my sister one and my sister-in-law one so I would recommend them because you can sit and see who’s at your door if you’re not at home.

My only reason for three stars is due to the fact we could not easily install this doorbell. So middle of the road as far as points. We wound up clearing the configuration and returning it. The unit proved to be too wide to replace our existing doorbell, and we did not want to mount it into the brick exterior. Setup was easy via the related app, and it was meant to tie into an Echo Show we received from family for Christmas.

This is my third ring. Really love this product! The colors are beautiful.

Overall I like the Ring and the functionality. We bought it because of a man that's been harassing people in the neighborhood and damaging the cars parked on the street. It's nice to see the recordings of everyone who comes up to the door especially for when we're waiting on a package or delivery. The only thing that really falls short is that you have to buy an additional chime in order to hear the doorbell in your house. I have the Ring security system that comes with a base station with a speaker and I find it crazy that you can not play the doorbell sound from the base station. I thought Ring products would integrate well with each other but it seems there is no overlap. The security system is completely separate from the doorbell. I was waiting on someone to come for an appointment and my phone wasn't in the same room. They showed up 10 minutes early and I missed the Ring notification and they ended up thinking I wasn't home. This has happened a few times, so I put a note on my front door to use the old doorbell. Kind of a shame.

Actually really glad that I purchased this. Not sure how I managed without one for so long. I purchased this as a "House" Christmas present and it has really worked out well.

This has got to be the best product I've ever purchased for security. It tells you when someone is walking by, the night vision is spectacular. There's really not a bad thing to say about it. You're made aware of anytime someone is walking by or on your property. About 10 years ago, I had someone standing on the porch at night. Who knows what was going on. The only way I found out was by looking out the window. Then he got aggressive, took off for the back door, and started pounding on it. I threatened to call 9-1-1 and he took off. The bottom line is anyone can have this situation going on and not even know. In my opinion, this is guaranteed protection that it never happens again.

Frank & Co. did a great job installing my Ring video doorbell and helping me to set it up and use it on my phone. I feel more safe and secure in my home now living alone.

What was life before the rinf doorbell, bc i can not imagine life without it. This looks good on my house and gives me freedom to pick and choose when i want to answer the door and catch those lazy people who want to steal your packages.. dumb kid's.. definitely recommend to any and all, easybto set up and install!

I was excited to get a Ring Video Doorbell Best Buy had a great price. The store didn't have any but ordered it for me. It took over a week to receive it due to incorrect address in my Best Buy membership. But when I got it, easy to install and am very happy with it.

I love being able to see what’s going on outside my home when I’m not around. I bought three of these. Best purchase I have made in awhile. I recommend buying one.
