Great camera and features. Had geek squad install, note that if you have steps or a porch, you'll need a wedge which is a $20 piece of plastic. Recommend the Chime Pro to go along with it - will extend the wifi and alert you if someone rings the bell. Excellent to let you know when someone is at your door and just general "eyes on" security.

Super easy to intall. I chose to hard wire it. At my mother’s house. It’s just 2 wires for power. It doesn’t matter wich one goes left or right. You can’t screw it up. Connects to WiFi to your phone. You can choose the recharging battery install.

Absolutely love the idea and design of the product. Unfortunately, subscriptions always lower the value if you ask me. While one is not required to operate the doorbell a few features I consider absolutely necessary are only included with the ring subscription. Affordable but annoying .

Ring cameras, like any are steadily improving, I love the quality of video i get with a ring and the price range. My only disappointment was you have to take the whole unit down to charge, I prefer the removable batteries so I can just rotate the batteries out.

This is the best ring I ever had. It has an eye camera that moves all the way around.

Love my ring camera! The picture and sound quality is great but it is a little annoying you have to subscribe to get any videos saved and get notified.

Mostly happy with this product. Easy to install and wire to our existing doorbell. Really easy to get app and see motion alerts. Motion alerts can be really touchy (ex. can get every car that drives down the street for hours, but missed when a package was delivered and the delivery person would have had to come in our driveway) - will have to dial that in. Got a good product for staying in our price range and gives me peace of mind. Would recommend.

This Ring doorbell was purchased to replace the first generation Ring doorbell purchased from Best Buy in 2017. With assistance from Ring, we were able to install the doorbell without any problem. Works great!

The Geek Squad Agent was very knowledgeable and professional when installing my 2 Ring Video Doorbells. He took the time to show me what to do when it was time to recharge the battery in each. When I asked questions, he was very knowledgeable in answering.
