Good picture and good sound

I love the fact that I can speak to them through the camera or the speaker, rather even when I am miles away from home.

I am able to see who comes to my door and protect me from being burglarized. I dont keep ot on the outside of the door. I have it on the door with my screen door lock which make it harder for someone to cover up or just take off. It show the same as being outside on the porch.

This one seems to miss a lot of events. Not sure why. My old ring was wired, this one isn’t. The battery in these are crap. You have to charge them all the time. Very annoying. I guess I would buy again because when it works the picture is great.

I also purchased a solar charger that will recharge the battery when it gets low so I don’t have to take it off the backplate to recharge.

These later models are truly a great value. We have 2 front doors where we have this installed and the picture quality and wide-angle views make this a must-have in my opinion. I highly recommend these Ring doorbells - you won't be disappointed.

I was looking into other brands for the video doorbells but after much research I chose this one. It's the starter model but it's perfect for my needs. The instructions are simple to set up and I was able to install it myself so I'm very proud of that! over all perfect and so happy I chose this Ring Doorbell

I got this as a starter into smart home devices and was so impressed I took it back and got the video doorbell pro. Honestly though I think I should have stayed with this one. For the price you can't beat the peace of mind it gives knowing whats happening when your not home.
