i bought this doorbell after my ring pro died, it is just as good in my opinion especially if you wire it for power instead of just using the battery.

Bought this on June 3rd and arrived a few days later. Installed in minutes, easy setup. Now I wish I would’ve waited a few more days to purchase amazon has it on sale for a little over$61 with a coupon. Maybe I can get the difference from Best Buy.

Should have only purchased the ring instead of blink cameras(complete waste) The ring is amazing you should also purchase the chime so that other people in the house will hear it if you are not home...game changer

Setup took less than 15 minutes. The video quality is great. You’ll need a light near the camera to pick up images at night. Easily synced with my other ring devices. The only issue is I have the updated model at my front door and if you don’t hardwire the RING doorbell, with this model, you’ll have to take the entire doorbell off to charge it. On the later model, you can swap out the battery instead of taking the whole device down to charge.

Able to see better from this than the blink outdoor security canera i was using before and I like that it syncs with my amzon products in the house.

I got this doorbell to replace and upgrade a 1st generation Ring doorbell I’ve had for over 4 years. I am hearing impaired and this doorbell has been invaluable. Getting notifications on my devices and Apple Watch when there is someone at the door has been a game changer for me. Video is a very clear image.

The ring set-up was straightforward and easy to connect to my phone and the app. It's a bit of a learning curve to understand the functions and what will be available after the 30 days trial, so it would be helpful if that was clearer.

We bought two Ring - Video Doorbells (one for front door and one for the back door). Since we are working overseas for months at a time, it is always good to check in to see who's at the front/back door visiting. We also have a property manager and it also helps us to see how often she visits our property and what she does. It is amazing the outdoor views we get... the whole walkway, the road, cars and/or people who may just be passing by or who enter our property. I am so happy that I have these two Rings because it keeps me connected to my home wherever I am in the world. Thank you!!!

Easy to use and install!! I like that its powered by battery or could be wired too. I feel a lot safer leaving my home and getting packages delievered

I bought this to replace my original Ring doorbell that finally succumbed to the AZ heat. This new one has a better quality video than my old one and I will probably buy this to replace another Original Ring at another location

Like the product , it’s easy to install, easy to use , and I can move the camera from my phone.

Great video doorbell for the price. There are so many now even Ring has a bunch which can be confusing. I believe this one is an upgrade to the original with some better features. I replaced my original with this one which was an easy swap. Bought another as a gift, which also worked out perfect!

I love this doorbell it shows everything going on right in front of where you aim it clearly. I can see my entire porch who standing in there talk to them.

Old one wouldn't charge. Good price. Have to have one these days. Nice to see whats going on at the house when Im not there.

This is an older generation ring. It doesn’t have a quick release battery that you can take out and exchange for a another, however this thing still has all the same features at the newer more expensive models and it’s a good buy.

I love it!! Is perfect for the house you can see if someone is around and it send you messages now that i have no spare keys while im waiting for them it’s perfect to let me know someone is outside

I love it! I recently moved to a new neighborhood and I wanted to make sure my packages would be safe. It was easy to install and picks up to the street!!!! Then to top it off I purchased my ring but then it was reduce (on sale) Best Buy refunded my difference without question! NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The actual device is pretty slick. The batteries have much longer charges than I'd have thought and charge pretty fast. If you hardwire into your 24v doorbell wires etc, moot point. Otherwise I haven't really have any issues. I wish the user profile settings were better and not all or none, and you can't set up a secondary user with access to all of the main functions. I worked around this by just using my login on my partner's phone too.
