Easy to set up easy to use. You can block out the road or anything in thr area if it is high traffic so you dont get notifications for your neighbors driving home etc. I have it set to notify me when there is a package left at my door also. I have an old doorbell but it doesnt work so I have this set up on the wall on the other side so its running on battery. Which FYI its an internal battery like our phones. Ive had it for almost a month and havent had to recharge it yet. We’ll see how long that lasts. Might buy a chime for the house because we tend to keep our phones on silent or low volume so when people have rang the doorbell we dont hear anything. Love it. Glad we got pur first Ring and on a great deal too. Was fun watching it snow at my house while I was at work.

This is an outstanding device. I purchased two of them ones for the front and for the back. Me and my wife love it. Every time a package comes we are alerted right away. and we can actually speak to the person who is in the in the yard.

It does take some time and thought to adjust the settings but take your time and just fool with it. The interface App is pretty good but occasionally ambiguous, so you just have to try. There is a kind of built-in help and the web site is not too bad. Lots of YouTube as well.

Had to install ring cameras after we got robbed. They have been wonderful so far but you need to pay for ring subscription 10 per month. We have had quite fun with them, when weird things happen in oir neighborhood, lol.
