Good clarity and motion detection. I installed mine higher than regular doorbell height. It covers a wide view and range.Ring app is great. Go ahead and go with ring. App response and recording is just as important as what name product it is. Definitely a good purchase for family.

I had the Ring 1 and it worked fine but the sun glare would basically not allow me to see past my porch. I purchased this camera instead and what a difference. Clear picture anytime of day.

Great Doorbell. Lets you know before someone arrives at your door. The live video with sound is also a great feature. Nice to be able to be anywhere and know who is at your front door.

I like this version, it’s all in color and extra wide picture. Sound quality could be better. I’m happy with the new app improvements as well and how to scroll through recordings fast etc.

I love my Ring camera. I was at work and the camera went off to alert that someone was outside. As I was looking, my finger swiped the phone and the sight moved. I did not know that it had that large of a visual range. I INSTANTLY got excited. I can see the houses to the left and right of me from my camera. It’s an excellent buy.
