    This is my second unit being used on a second home. Funny thing is the sensitivity seems way off and there is no sound? I have not had time to worry about troubleshooting yet. I would go with a newer model next time.

    I like the customization that this product has because u can choose maby things such as motion detection. I like how you can play back the footage as well.

    For the price the quality is great. It’s also pretty far from the router but doesn’t have a problem. I’m extremely happy with this purchase.

    Better HD camera than my 1st gen. Overall works the same as older model including occasional hangups. Transferring my existing protect plan wasn’t as easy with Ring, but after a few times contacting customer service it was rectified.
