It could be our network but you have to remove the cover to hit the reset button to do it right. It also be good for them to tell you that it'll cost a min $3/mo to save any video it captures. Sneaky.

Otherwise, I charge after 5-6 days usage and will place the battery powered with solar panel. Pleased.

Being able to save, download, and review footage captured by your Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen.) is a valuable feature of the Ring Protect Plan. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying the functionality of the device. While subscribed to one of our Ring Protect Plans, you will have access to videos of every motion and live view event. Without this service, you will still receive real-time video alerts on your smartphone and have access to the live view feature.

I love Ring!
