We are happy to hear that you are enjoying the functionality of the device. While subscribed to one of our Protect Plans, you will have access to videos of every motion and live view event. Without this service, you will still receive real-time video alerts on your smartphone and have access to the live view feature.

I have had some trouble getting it to chime on Amazon Echo devices when the button is pushed (but the camera comes right up and we can see / talk to the people at the door.
