Setup took less than 15 minutes. The video quality is great. You’ll need a light near the camera to pick up images at night. Easily synced with my other ring devices. The only issue is I have the updated model at my front door and if you don’t hardwire the RING doorbell, with this model, you’ll have to take the entire doorbell off to charge it. On the later model, you can swap out the battery instead of taking the whole device down to charge.

Bought this on June 3rd and arrived a few days later. Installed in minutes, easy setup. Now I wish I would’ve waited a few more days to purchase amazon has it on sale for a little over$61 with a coupon. Maybe I can get the difference from Best Buy.

I love it! It does a great job of notifying me when anyone is near my apartment. The setup was easy and didn't take long as well.

Great product. Easy to see who’s at the door with out having to get jump up and check the door and good for running off the solicitors

Great video doorbell for the price. There are so many now even Ring has a bunch which can be confusing. I believe this one is an upgrade to the original with some better features. I replaced my original with this one which was an easy swap. Bought another as a gift, which also worked out perfect!

Real easy to set up, it’s been reliable. Found a nice case for it attached right to my door had it a year now still strong

I got this doorbell to replace and upgrade a 1st generation Ring doorbell I’ve had for over 4 years. I am hearing impaired and this doorbell has been invaluable. Getting notifications on my devices and Apple Watch when there is someone at the door has been a game changer for me. Video is a very clear image.

We bought two Ring - Video Doorbells (one for front door and one for the back door). Since we are working overseas for months at a time, it is always good to check in to see who's at the front/back door visiting. We also have a property manager and it also helps us to see how often she visits our property and what she does. It is amazing the outdoor views we get... the whole walkway, the road, cars and/or people who may just be passing by or who enter our property. I am so happy that I have these two Rings because it keeps me connected to my home wherever I am in the world. Thank you!!!

It has great video but i wish the screen had a wider view. I have it beside my front door and there are times it will detect someone but you cant see who very well...

Clear view, solid quality. Much better quality than the older version .

Was kinda hesitant when purchasing due to all the new technology and me not knowing how to work a lot of things but it was extremely easy to set up and the directions helped you step by step I love my new door bell and the look of it I’m so happy I bought it!

Only needs to be charged every so ofthen. Very effective once the secured harness attached to the door. App is easy to manage and monitor. Very helpful to identify while away from home.

It was so very easy to set up and it works just like expected. Just started using it and it works fine. If anything changes though, I will leave another review. But as of now, I am very happy with it. 

Awesome product. Great quality video. App works great. I only wish the basic subscription included 2 or 3 device instead of just 1. For 2 or more devices you must go to the next level subscription.

Excellent product. Vision is wonderful. Very clear. Motion sensor alerts me anytime someone is approaching my door. Extremely easy set up!!!! All you need is WiFi!!! And download the app to your phone. More than one person can be added to view the account and activities.
