Great Product!

So measure before you buy because I didnt. However there are a lot of great features on this thing. I love that you dont have to hard wire it to the door bells spot if you dont want to.!

Everything you need is right there. Installation was easy and it was up and running quickly. It simply gives us more confidence in our safety both while we’re home and when we’re away.

I had Geek Squad hardwire to the existing doorbell and program /download to the Ring app. Very satisfied with the outcome. I also bought the Ring Chime from Amazon. Waiting for it to be delivered this week.

I had to contact tech support with the "better model" to find out how to have it work with a mechanical doorbell chime. This unit did it for me through the set-up menu.
